Jhd wears away your teeth even if you think you keep them perfect

You’ll always hear about how you need to brush better, the right way, more times. There’s a point where they stop believing you and they laugh when you talk about it being jhd.

I personally just let mine die, and they hurt, but i still eat candy, it’s painful but i don’t care at this point. two white tylenol and it helps my teeth.

The dentist can numb go in to pull or fix teeth, and they give you all the shots, you can still feel it. It doesn’t work the same with jhd.
